Exhibit Space

Each exhibit table includes one six foot table, two chairs, and access to wifi. Electricity is available for an additional fee and can be purchased at the time of registration. If you have already registered and would like to add electricity, contact Erin Woodell at erin@waschoolcounselor.org.

Exhibit display guidelines

Please limit your exhibit display to the area of your exhibit table. Tabletop displays are permitted. Freestanding floor banners are acceptable depending upon table location and space. Exhibitors are permitted to provide any type of literature, giveaways, raffle prizes, etc.

Conduct

Sponsors and exhibitors are expected to adhere to the WSCA Conference Code of Conduct as well as the Sponsor Terms & Conditions. Please review these items carefully.

Shipping of Displays/Products

If you need to ship your display or materials directly to the hotel, please plan to have them arrive at the venue after March 1, 2027. The fee is $10 per parcel or $75 per pallet. This fee must be paid directly to the venue using the form linked below (coming soon).

Setup, Hours, and Tear-Down

Exhibit Setup

Due to our early start on Thursday, March 4, we highly recommend setting up on Wednesday if possible.

Exhibitors are expected to leave their displays and exhibits up until 1:30pm on Friday, March 5. Do not break down your exhibit before this time.

Attendance

We are expecting over 700 counselors to attend this year. Please plan your materials accordingly.

Exhibit staff

WSCA will collect the namesyour exhibit staff during the registration process. All Exhibit Staff will be issued a name badge. No staff are permitted on-site without registration and a badge.

If you have a change to your staff, you must notify us by the deadline of Friday, February 26 at 5pm.

CLOCK HOURS WILL BE GRANTED TO CONFERENCE PARTICIPANTS.
