The early bird discount for WSCA members expires January 31, 2025.

The deadline to register is February 28, 2025. There is no on-site registration.
In-Person Conference Registration Fees
In-person conference registration fees include:
  • Access to all breakout sessions, keynotes, and social functions on March 6 and March 7
  • Access to all on-demand conference content
  • Breakfast on Thursday, March 6
  • Lunch on Thursday, March 6
  • Lunch on Friday, March 7

Additional Fees (Not Included in Conference Registration)
  • Parking
    • $19.42 per day for commuters
    • $19.42 for overnight guests' first night. Each additional consecutive night is $15.43.
  • Hotel Accommodations
    • $179 per night plus tax group rate (Reserve your room here) if booked by 2/10/2025.
    • After 2/10/25, the prevailing rate of the hotel applies
