IMPORTANT NOTE: Sales tax of approximately 10.3% will be added to all registrations beginning October 1, 2025.

The early bird discount for WSCA members expires January 31, 2026.

The deadline to register is February 27, 2026. There is no on-site registration.

In-person registration includes on-demand access.

On-demand content is deliver asynchronously.

In-Person Conference Registration Fees
In-person conference registration fees include:
  • Access to all breakout sessions, keynotes, and social functions on March 5 and March 6
  • Access to all on-demand conference content
  • Breakfast on Thursday, March 5
  • Lunch on Thursday, March 5
  • Breakfast on Friday, March 6 - NEW!
  • Lunch on Friday, March 6

Additional Fees (Not Included in Conference Registration)
  • Parking
    • $20.66 per day for commuters, no in-and-out privileges.
    • $20.66 for overnight guests' first night. Each additional consecutive night is $16.53/night. Overnight guests have in-and-out privileges.
  • Hotel Accommodations
    • $189 per night plus tax group rate (Reserve your room here) if booked by 2/9/2026.
    • After 2/9/26, the prevailing rate of the hotel applies
