Breakout session rooms will be set theater style.

WSCA will provide:

• Screen
• Projector
• HDMI Cable
• Room moderator

Please bring your slide deck on your own laptop. You may also need to bring a dongle to connect to the projector via the provided HDMI cable. Please check your laptop to see if it has a direct HDMI connection or if a dongle is needed.

You can expect up to 180 people to attend your session.

Slide decks and handouts are made accessible to our attendees via our conference app. If you wish for your materials to be included, you must provide them using the Dropbox link below.

IMPORTANT!! Only PDF files are accepted. Please convert all files (even your slide deck) to PDF before uploading.

Please name your files with your session title ONLY. If you have multiple files, add a descriptor to the file name, for example, "Amazing Session Slide Deck", "Amazing Session Handout", etc.
