The WSCA Conference Volunteer Program reduces the cost of conference registration in exchange for a minimum of three (3) hours of volunteer time during the conference. If approved for the Volunteer Program, you are entitled to the Volunteer Registration rate of $200 for the two day conference (or $125 for student volunteers). Pre-conference is NOT included in the Volunteer Program.
Eligibility & Guidelines
Volunteers must be current WSCA members valid through March 6, 2026.
Volunteers must complete the volunteer application by the deadline of January 31, 2026.
Applicants will be notified of their status no later than February 2, 2026.
Volunteers must attend a mandatory training which will be held on Saturday, February 28 at 10am on Zoom.
NOTE: If you are not accepted into the volunteer program and you still wish to attend the conference, we will honor the early bird registration rate for you.
