The WSCA Conference Volunteer Program reduces the cost of conference registration in exchange for a minimum of three (3) hours of volunteer time during the conference. If approved for the Volunteer Program, you are entitled to the Volunteer Registration rate of $200 for the two day conference (or $125 for student volunteers).
Eligibility & Guidelines
Volunteers must be current WSCA members as of August 12, 2024.
Volunteers must complete the volunteer application by the deadline of December 20, 2024.
Applicants will be notified of their status no later than January 10, 2025.
Volunteers must attend a mandatory training on Zoom which will be held Saturday, March 1, 2025 at 10am.

Room Moderators (read introductory remarks/introduce speakers, alert event organizers to A/V support needs, etc.)
